    mario party new reviews

Get ready for the biggest party yet in Super Mario Party Jamboree for Nintendo Switch. From running through merry-go-rounds to motion-control minigolf, this jamboree is jam-packed with over 110 minigames – the most of any Mario Party game to date! With seven boards in all, you can go with the flow in Goomba Lagoon, search for stars in Rainbow Galleria, revisit the classics of Western Land and Mario’s Rainbow Castle from past titles and more. Race across the party board in Koopathlon, a series-first 20-player online competition to see who can rack up the highest scores in minigames like the fast-paced Lane Change. The higher your score in each round, the faster you’ll get to the goal. Koopathlon is just one of a slew of additional modes – there’s something for every kind of Mario Party player to enjoy!

Got it the other day and have played two 10 turn games so far with the old lady. No complaints thus far, on par with other entries.

Glad they got rid of the mechanic where everyone rides in the car together around the board. Looks decent but I don't have a Switch. I only know one person who would play Switch games with me if I had one, and our schedules don't usually match up.

Might consider Switch 2 if it's backwards compatible. When is that coming?

Most likely between March and September next year

Nice. Most of the games I would play are like Mario games and Smash Bros. I was really tempted when Mario Strikers Battle League came out but most people said it was shit so I didn't get it. I didn't like Strikers Charged on Wii either, preferred the simplistic approach of original Strikers on Gamecube.

I'm assuming they'll save a new Mario Kart title to be a launch title for Switch 2. If that has good mechanics that will be really tempting.
