Assume common space, like a large double garage or similar.
I’d buy
1) Leg press / extension / leg machines easy on the back.
2) Power tower for Captain’s chair. Pull up bar and dips a bonus.
XL yoga ball
3) Heavy rows somehow
4) Decent spin or upright bike
5) Regular bike. Maybe arc trainer or similar
I have shoulder stuff but don’t care to do it anymore often. Standalone pull up bar sounds cool.
