    Game changing stretching method you've never heard of.

    Set the lat pulldown machine to a super heavy weight that you can barely handle, almost enough to pull ur entire weight up. Now use that weight to stretch and focus on extending ur shoulders/torso, and keeping ur butt down. It's basically a dead hang except 10x more effective with the added resistance.

    I like to do the same thing but with the cable machine. Grab each handle and lean forward to stretch your pecs Hnnnnnnghhh
