    Tracking 3 months recomp results (pics)

    Sup brahs, I'd thought I'd share my workout and recomp log in this section.

    Starting on Sept 25th, I hadn't been to the gym in over 4 months; as a result, I got da chubs.

    Starting weight: 192lbs at 5'8, recomping at 2500 calories with 160 grams of protein minimum.

    On Sept 25 (day 1):




    Day 7 (workout no. 5):



    Weight is actually at 196 lbs today, due to the creatine mono and muscle memory.

    Supplements- beef liver, natty test boost, creatine mono, whey protein, and preworkout.

    My goal is to lean out and gain muscle lol

      4 months off is nothing cuh srs

      I took 3 years off and recomped all my strength within 3 months

      muscle memory is the GOAT

                    Unbelievable progress brah. You posses 1 in a million genetics. Just looking at weights you must pack on muscle by the pounds. In just 13 days you've managed to solidify that grainy dense look. Reminiscent of a young Dorian Yates. If you signed up for a natty vs enhanced study you'd skew the results. Please keep us updated, edge of my seat right now as I type this.
