Sup brahs, I'd thought I'd share my workout and recomp log in this section.
Starting on Sept 25th, I hadn't been to the gym in over 4 months; as a result, I got da chubs.
Starting weight: 192lbs at 5'8, recomping at 2500 calories with 160 grams of protein minimum.
On Sept 25 (day 1):
Day 7 (workout no. 5):
Weight is actually at 196 lbs today, due to the creatine mono and muscle memory.
Supplements- beef liver, natty test boost, creatine mono, whey protein, and preworkout.
My goal is to lean out and gain muscle lol
