                        Lat pull downs underhand grip (supp or pro?) 3 sets

                        Db shrugs heavy 2 sets

                        db curls light 2 sets

                        Db rows heavy 3 sets

                        Bulgarian split Squats 2 sets

                        out the door in 40 minutes

                                            Been trying for weeks to get back into barbell flat bench with no luck in form/mobility. Tried smith machine today and it felt solid.

                                            Did 185lbs (or 45+25 plate w/e u wanna call that) for 7 reps. I think i'm officially a smith machine bencher now.

                                                      not really, I’m not sure I’m even using it right man lol. I do stairclimb for cardio, so calves are relatively strong, but not massive by any stretch.
