What's happening Miscers?
Here's a couple of workout videos from this week.
Weighing in at 195.8 (that's -197 lb from five years ago).
Still on that bike 60 min per day. Still starving.
Still have a month left until I resume maintenance calories. Once I do that, I'm going to focus on getting strong and maybe competing in the USAPL meet in Tennessee next May @ 198 lb. as a master lifter.
