What's happening Miscers?

Here's a couple of workout videos from this week.

Weighing in at 195.8 (that's -197 lb from five years ago).

Still on that bike 60 min per day. Still starving.

Still have a month left until I resume maintenance calories. Once I do that, I'm going to focus on getting strong and maybe competing in the USAPL meet in Tennessee next May @ 198 lb. as a master lifter.

Posting videos is a bit different on vBulletin v6. You have to do this(without the spaces):

[ video ] full video url(facebook, youtube, etc) [ /video ]

For youtube, the format is(again without the spaces):

[video ]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TG53RqHP-H8[/video ]

Shorts links don't work, and you can't include the playlist section. I'll go ahead and fix them for you.

Okay sorry for the boomer question, but how did you retrieve a non-shorts link to insert?

Get the share link, like this: https ://youtube.com/shorts/J-zVy50Bb90?si=K1KEB0bGSGduo5ko

Grab the middle part, between "shorts/" and "?si=K1K"

In this case it is:

J-zVy50Bb90

Attach it to:

https ://www.youtube.com/watch?v=

so it looks like

https ://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-zVy50Bb90

Put that in a video tag

[video ]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-zVy50Bb90[/video]

Just remember to remove all the spaces.

It sounds like a lot of steps, but after you do it a couple of times, it's not so bad.

It is a bit ridiculous that vBulletin made it so fooking difficult in their latest version.

I'm working on the rep system's code right now, but after that, I'll add a custom bb code to do this for us, and possibly even make a youtube tag.
