    Good workout. I've been doing higher volume with lower rpe lately but I miss the days of doing 2 work sets to failure. I think for compounds it's the best approach.

      I haven’t been taking any rest days, which means I’m hitting every body part about every fifth day now, so that’s why my volume is a little lower.

      8 sets every four days is kind of like the equivalent of 14 sets per week.

        Yeah that's about what I used to do. It's great. Perfect amount of volume.

            That stretch is really something different. It really forces me to slow the eccentric down, because it almost makes you afraid you’re gonna hurt yourself.
