Best way to do that is instead of coming straight to newmisc.com, do a google search for "bodybuilding misc" or "bodybuilding forums" and find the link to this site. I think it's on the second page now.

you could try spamming it on /fit/ thats how i found it. if say fires of ass, but it would get lost since they only have one thread t lo have five conversations

Just weekly postings of the link in various substitutes like /fit, more plates more dates, FoH, ect.
