I was on track to go to the gym today, but traffic and road rules are extremely tricky rn due to the hurricane. Traffic lights are out, cop cars are parked in the middle of the road to prevent certain turns. One of the only gas stations available in like a 10 mile radius is adjacent to the gym, and so it has like 50 cars around it at all times. Ended up getting stuck and headed back home, I have to get to work and would've only been able to do maybe 25-35% of my workout if I corrected my situation.
Just gonna eat light today, do some calisthenics when I get the chance.Comment

I do but certainly not an impressive amount. Every since fucking up my lower back I lift light with high rep ranges. It's definitely not as fun. But it is what it is.🟩 1Comment

I lift 2-3 times a week in the mornings before work. Went today, I like the hammer strength machines, did the back and bicep ones today, then a mile on the elliptical to keep the Diabeetus away, (Doctors orders)🟩 1👍 1Comment

Lift twice a week (sometimes 3 times) 2 days for cardio.
Currently backing off squatting to give my knees a break. Usually would do between 2 or 3 plates. Today replaced squats with deadlifts. Suck at deads though, I'm going to need to get some grips. Did overhead press too.👍 3Comment

Don't lift heavy anymore -- after highschool sports, adult rec leagues and lifting, my joints are shot. Mainly maintenance lifting 2x/week with rest of week focus on rowing, kayaking, swimming and trail running. Still do weighted dips and pullups though.🟩 2Comment

I walked in the woods to check on one edge of the land. Wasn’t supposed to take over an hour. It was a rest day and it wasn’t supposed to be exercise but I was half dead after unloading hundreds of pounds of animals feed and no lunch. Squats tomorrow.🟩 1Comment
