So, just read the "instructions"...it says for me to take 1 a day (25ug ... 1000% daily dosage). Just ate 20 in a row... cuz thats how i use chewing gums.

On top of that I added more B12 cuz I ate my daily multivitamin and whey (which contains B12 aswell) ... so, I probably took 30000% the reccomended daily dosage.
