1. Freedom of speech reigns, but keep It legal
- We don't censor here. We also will not tolerate getting unnecessary attention due to illegal activities. Keep it legal and feel free to say whatever you want to say.
- First amendment rules apply. As long as it's legal to say, we allow it.
- You might encounter hate speech here. We don't encourage hate speech, but it is a protected activity and we do allow it. If you don't like what someone has to say, there is a block feature.
- Telling users to kill themselves, or encouraging suicidal/self-harming behavior, will result in the post being removed and either a warning or ban.
- You might find some words blocked. This is not because we want to stop you from saying them. They're blocked because they absolutely destroy your search rankings with search engines. This is misc. Get creative with your spellings.

- Gore(movie scenes are ok, real life gore is not)

- Spoilers are not necessary in the NSFW forum.
- No peens, no vageens, no bobs in profile pics. If you want to post a picture of your butt crack, fine, but it must be yours and you must be 18.
- This is for adults. If you’re under 18, you’re too young for this place. Go enjoy your teenage years and come back when you're old enough to not take this place so seriously.
- Say what you want, but be prepared for people to respond. This is an open forum, so expect some lively conversations (and the occasional roast).
- Trolling will forever be part of this misc, but let's keep it in traditional roll bread fashion.
- Trolling is allowed but harassment is not. Know where to draw the line.
- For crybabies, disagreeing and roasting are not harassing. Know the difference before reporting.
- Keep it to one account per person please.
- Misc has a long tradition of troll accounts. We don't want to break from tradition, but if it becomes a problem, we will start handing out IP bans.
- If IP bans no longer become effective, we will start doing VPN bans.
- No spam, no pyramid schemes, and no shady business. If you wouldn’t sell it to your grandma, don’t sell it here.
- If you're working on something that's a product/game/software/etc, feel free to share. Just don't spam it every hour.
- You can talk about anything here. Just don't talk about sources and we're good.
- Source talk, even in private messages, will result in a ban.
- When possible, use misc lingo as much as possible(vitamin t, natty light, bologna, etc)
- One of the best parts of the old misc was the topic threads on music, video games, tv shows, movies, etc. Let's stay on topic in these threads.
- We all have our own tastes. Let's not turn these topic threads into arguments or user-bashing threads.
- Conversation not related to the topic will be removed by a mod.
- The dark sith lord is always welcome here, and Pooneycheeps will never be allowed to ban him. srs.
