Tried to watch them this year and was not impressed.

If you want to factor in the first one was a low budget production and that it tried to pay homage to old slasher movies it has some appeal. But the execution is pretty terrible overall. There's no plot. And I mean NO plot at all. It just jumps straight into 2 girls seeing a psycho clown and immediately the stalking/chasing begins. And I use the word chasing very loosely because even though most horror films have characters doing something stupid these characters sit there and watch Art the clown for a good 2-3 minutes before even attempting to get away from him. As for the kills themselves, they are meant to be over the top but it doesn't appeal to me. As it's been said it's just a gore fest for sick fucks to enjoy.

But I pushed on and tried to watch the 2nd one. I thought maybe the first one was low budget and did try to create that old 70's/80's slasher environment. But the 2nd one was even worse. Not only was there very little plot again, they took it a step further and just added a bunch of random shit into it that made absolutely no fucking sense. Some little girl clown magically appears. Who is she? Who the fuck knows. And what's worse is some people can see the girl (like the main girl and her brother) and others she's invisible (like the guy in the laundry mat). Art can apparently attack you in your dreams now too. Fuck it why not?? I mean might as well since Freddy Kruger can do it. Sprinkle in a little bit of strong independent woman for the cherry on top since it was made in 2022 of course. The 2nd one is an absolute shit show.

Not bothering with the 3rd one.

Deadpool's whole schtick with breaking the 4th wall is tiring and annoying. Hate the character, at least the one in the films. He's boring. Only watched Deadpool/Wolverine because Hugh Jackman was back and heard Blade would be on it. Other than that, have no interest in Deadpool and think Ryan Reynolds isn't funny.
