they are easily manipulated and make poor decisions that overly focus on the short term and immediate reward.

go look how most women plan their retirement, they dont. their plan is to marry a wealthy guy and "thats the mans job". If they cant even plan and run their own affairs why should they be put in charge of large organizations affecting hundreds, thousands or millions of people's lives
