I like the idea of shadow Bert and colored Bert being top rank, which will probably be 750,000 and 1,000,000 reps

Military ranks have been thrown out there, as well as martial arts belts. So far I've just been using font-awesome icons, which are pretty limited. It's why we're using the stars and dumbbells. I know you can use images, but it's not as straightforward.

Looks like Gary just reached the double gold dumbbell though, so I do need to get on it.
