In general if she's obese I'm out, don't care if she's in her 20s or her 60s. Opposite is true too, if she's normal weight / lean without any obvious problems then anything 18+ probably till mid 60's I'd bang. Her being 40s+ is a bonus since she can't get preggo - unless she's an anomaly and somehow super fertile - though I'd take the risk of creampie regardless at that point srs.
