no historical evidence really. there's shit they dug up that said "house of david" that dates to maybe 300 years after he supposedly lived..
there's a lot of stuff in the old testament(not the first 5 books) that lines up with documented, dug up or recorded history. the book of kings is a decent read srs. it's two books for christians.
christians are jewish souls imo. we all worship the same lord. y'all continued on what we started and did a much better job of spreading the word and making it easier to digest.
