He'd have to basically brake check you, which is possible, but yeah. It's always a good idea to get a good front and rear dashcam.

If he didn't have a license maybe it was an illegal scam. They like to brake check people, get hit, and then try to sue for bodily damage and say their neck and back hurts to scam the insurance at your expense.

idk if he was trying to scam but he was begging me not to call the police. but he was fairly young. think he was just an inexperienced driver who made the wrong decision
