With mixed grip deadlift, the horror story is usually the bicep of the supinated under arm.
For me, I did something to the triceps long head of the pronated over arm. I felt something pop on the first rep, my dumb ass decided to finish and do the other 4 reps. The hopeful not so bad news is if I could still finish the other 4 reps, maybe it's not so bad.
The triceps long head is sore where it attaches to the bone near the shoulder side (as opposed to the elbow side). There isn't any discoloration or swelling. Anyone ever had a similar situation happen and can share information?
