Permabanned both accounts.

It came from NordVPN, and was registered by a human, not a bot.

I turned on stronger spam controls, but if this continues, I'll either turn on stronger email verification or block VPN ip address ranges.

Will look into this. I'm cautious of inviting javascript onto the front page from an external url.

It's mostly the legal reasons and backup reasons. I take daily snapshots, so if we started backing up a bunch of images, server costs would add up.

If we start generating revenue at some point, we will reconsider.

Just upped the font size a touch. Hope that works better for you. vBulletin's font settings and mobile settings absolutely suck. They don't let you do much in terms of individual user customization.

There might be. There used to be a ton of plugins for vBulletin 4, but 5 doesn't have many, and 6 has even fewer.

It's sad, but a lot of the internet has moved away from these bulletin board systems.

I seriously think these style forums are the best. It's far superior to a Reddit format.


We def need the ability to click last page of a thread from the main forum page if it's a possibility. It's confusing clicking a big thread and scrolling down and only later realizing I was still on page 1, normally I'd always click "last" on a thread when opening it

Like have sports as main and then fantasy under that?

I feel we should have an nfl and mlb thread for starters ,they aren't really fantasy?

Gave it a look but it had too much of a "we're a customer service bulletin board" than a "revamped misc" feel.

Agree that it's a much better forum though. I just didn't think it fit the feel we needed/wanted for the misc.
