Yeah I deadlifted for the first time in 3 months since I wasn't hungover in the morning. Did 455x10 lol. My best was 500 for 10. Not bad. That ain't bad. Then I got drunk and got tendies.

Nice. As a serial boozer life is easier on 'calisthenics' mode for me. Can just sling some rings over a pull up bar. Technically I could even drink whilst doing it.
