Speaking of UFO's i've seen this exact UFO formation 2 times in my life in 2014. Each dot moves independently and moved in an erratic way that no aircraft i know of could move.

if you watch the vid thats what he says. they move. if they were stationary you could write it off as being a satellite...plus it doesnt show up on radar and obvs very bright as well.
