They should take it serious. They've dropped 2500 spots globally and are about to drop from the top 25 for their category rank.

The admin of this site said it costs about $100/month to run. Misc was clearly the biggest contributor for their ranking and just about their only social media presence and they traded that in because they couldn't pony up $100/month.

If spam was that big of a problem then it was free to get more moderators. If that was too much to ask then they could have just made it only possible to post if someone had bought from the store. There were so many easy fixes.
