Taylor Rousseau Grigg, a Texas-based TikToker, has passed away at the age of 25, with her family describing her death as "so sudden and unexpected."
As reported by E! Online, her family confirmed the tragic news on Saturday.
"It is with our deepest condolences that we acknowledge the passing of Taylor, who has now spread her wings," read a statement posted on a GoFundMe page created in her memory by her husband Cameron Grigg.
While the exact cause of Taylor’s death has not been revealed, Cameron mentioned that his wife had been battling health issues for years, frequently visiting hospitals. In November, Taylor opened up about her health struggles on TikTok, mentioning multiple ER visits, surgery, and uncertainty about her condition.
Cameron added that Taylor’s organs would be donated, honoring her wish to help others even in death. He also posted an emotional tribute to her on Instagram.
"Her earthly body is still here with us being ran by machines to keep her organs viable for donation," he wrote. "More than anything Taylor would want to know that she’s continuing to save people’s lives even after she’s gone from this world. And even though her earthly body may have failed her, her memory and life will be carried on forever."
Just a month before her passing, Taylor reflected on her 25th birthday in a social media post.
"I turn 25 this week because I found the strength to choose life for another day," she wrote on Sep. 9.
Taylor, known for her Western fashion and lifestyle content, was a well-known influencer with over 1.4 million TikTok followers. She also has more than 214,000 followers on Instagram.
