Buy puts at all time highs, sell calls at all time highs.

Buy calls after blood bath red streaks, sell puts after blood bath red streaks.

    Das it mane.

The more volatility and trading action in the stock the better for your swing trades.

Not a financial advisor - not financial advice.

I've done pretty good at buying bank foreclosures for about $8.00 per square foot, furnishing them and renting them out to traveling workers with a per diem. Their per diem covers the weekly price of a motel room. That's what I charge.

Got lucky. Amazon.com had a distribution center in my small town. They packed up and left after 15 years. They employed about 1600 people who were now out of a job. So they moved to where Amazon relocated to and let their banks foreclose on the house the had here. I bought a bunch of bank foreclosures. My day job at the time was doing pre-employment drug screens to the traveling workers. They are welders, pipefitters, inspectors, electricians and other skilled tradesmen.

My thing would not work in most towns that do not have a large labor intensive industry.

Honestly expected this to be a "investment in precious metals" troll thread.
